This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which BrillPrep (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides refunds for purchases made on our platform. By purchasing any paid plan on BrillPrep, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
All purchases made on BrillPrep are generally non-refundable.
This includes:
- Monthly subscriptions
- One-time purchases (e.g., 3-month exam pass)
- Annual plans
Once access to paid features has been granted, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of usage, or accidental purchases.
2. Subscription Cancellation
For subscription-based plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing only
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges
- Technical issues that prevent access to the platform
- Billing errors
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at support@brillprep.com within 7 days of the transaction.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.
4. Payment Processing
Payments on BrillPrep are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. In some cases, refunds may be issued directly through Paddle in accordance with their policies.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Loss of access to BrillPrep services
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.
